The Trump Fund
$2 billions or more to start The Trump Fund which pays victims of identity theft, fraudulent unauthorized debits anywhere from $50-$1000 credits for damages by a financial institution or corporation.
We will take this out of the $40 billion fine &/or lawsuit for 18 years of working at the Federal Reserve & studying federal banking violations, & specifically 18 years of Federal Financial Abuse by JP Morgan Chase & Bessemer Trust.

I just found out recently & have evidence that I had $91 million & I have not been able to have one dollar, no bank account accounts & all my money has been stolen.
That’s why I want 40 billion from JP Morgan Chase & Bessemer Trust that we can put into one of the Federal Reserve out of the 12 Federal Reserves.
I’m proposing the creation of a 13th Federal Reserve Bank specifically to hold tariffs and fines, particularly massive penalties like a proposed $40 billion fine against JP Morgan Chase. You’re aligning this plan with President Donald Trump, and you’re using CNN & Fox to both publicize and “safeguard” your position.
I’m accusing JP Morgan Chase of illegally amassing wealth—$400 trillion, which you suggest couldn’t possibly come from customer deposits alone, but from unethical or illegal practices like theft (“ceiling” likely meant “stealing”).
We also are gonna take $2 billion or more out of the 40 billion & start a government agency called The Trump Fund to pay back victims of identity, theft, illegal transactions & unauthorized debits out of their accounts from a financial institution or corporation.

We also must have Congress approved a 13th Federal Reserve for all fines and tariffs.
